Warum Cross Mentoring?
Ein Mentor außerhalb des eigenen Unternehmens und der eigenen Branche bringt neue Blickwinkel ein und hilft, sich ohne interne Einschränkungen auf die persönliche Weiterentwicklung zu konzentrieren. Wir als AHK Finnland haben erfahrene Führungskräfte aus Finnland und Deutschland für das Programm gewonnen. Sie teilen ihr Wissen, unterstützen die Entwicklung der Mentees und helfen, zukünftige Herausforderungen aus einer neuen Perspektive zu sehen.
Das Alter der Mentees spielt keine Rolle – entscheidend sind Offenheit, Lernbereitschaft und Motivation. Das Mentoring-Programm richtet sich an Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte, die sich auf neue Verantwortungsbereiche vorbereiten möchten, zum Beispiel in den Bereichen Führung oder internationaler Handel.

Anmeldung
Bitte melden Sie sich bis spätestens 30.06.2026 an. Wir starten im September 2026.
Matching
Erfahrene HR-Expertinnen und Experten des Core Teams wählen auf Basis der Anmeldungen den passenden Mentor für jeden Mentee aus.
1:1-Treffen
Den Kern des Programms bilden acht vertrauliche Gespräche mit dem Mentor.
Seminare & Networking
Seminare (Kick-off, Halbzeit und Finale) bieten Schulungen, Expertengespräche und Materialien zur Unterstützung des Mentorings. Keynotes inspirieren die kommenden Mentoring-Gespräche, und das Networking mit den finnischen und deutschen Teilnehmenden ist ein zentraler Bestandteil des Programms. Die Seminare sind hybrid konzipiert: Teilnahme vor Ort in Helsinki oder Online. Die Seminarsprache ist Englisch.
Teilnahmegebühr
- Preis: 3.800 € (+25,5 % MwSt.) pro Teilnehmer
- Vergünstigter Preis für Mitgliedsunternehmen der AHK Finnland: 3.400 € (+25,5 % MwSt.) pro Teilnehmer
Die Gebühr umfasst alle Mentoring-Treffen, Seminare und Programmunterstützung. Die Abrechnung erfolgt zu Beginn des Programms.

Brainstorming ideas and exchanging thoughts helps you see your own challenges in a new light. Dialogue with my German mentor has opened new ways of thinking, which has been particularly useful as I work for a German company.
The program's events bring structure to the mentoring, and the training sessions complement the mentoring discussions well.
