Sales Manager & Customer Care (f/m/d) – for the German Market in the Webropol Helsinki Office

Webropol is a leading SaaS company for online surveys and feedback solutions. To strengthen our team in Helsinki, we are looking for a Sales Manager & Customer Care professional with strong expertise in the German market.

Your Role:

Drive sales and customer acquisition
Build and maintain client relationships
Handle onboarding and support

Your Profile:

Native-level German, fluent English
Experience in sales and/or customer service
Digital skills and entrepreneurial mindset

We Offer:

Permanent full-time contract (37.5 hrs/week)- part-time possible
Hybrid work model, office days: Tue/Wen/Thurs
