Kansainvälinen mentorointiohjelma tulevaisuuden avainhenkilöiden kehittämiseen
Cross Mentoring Program yhdistää tulevaisuuden lupaukset kokeneisiin johtajiin toisesta yrityksestä, eri toimialalta ja jopa eri maasta. Käytännönläheinen sparraus mahdollistaa kasvuloikan vahvistamalla osaamista ja antamalla uutta näkökulmaa.

Miksi Cross Mentoring?
Oman yrityksen ja toimialan ulkopuolelta tuleva mentori tuo uusia näkökulmia ja auttaa keskittymään omaan kehittymiseen ilman sisäisiä rajoitteita. Saksalais-Suomalainen Kauppakamari on rekrytoinut mentoreiksi kokeneita johtajia ja kansainvälisen kaupan ammattilaisia Suomesta ja Saksasta. He jakavat osaamistaan, tukevat mentoroitavan kehittymistä ja auttavat näkemään tulevaisuuden haasteet uudesta kulmasta. Mentoroitavan iällä ei ole merkitystä, tärkeämpää on avoin mieli oppia, kehittyä ja sparrailla. Mentorointiohjelma on tarkoitettu työntekijöille ja johtajille, jotka valmistautuvat uusiin vastuisiin esimerkiksi johtamisessa tai kansainvälisessä kaupassa.

Ohjelman kulku
Cross Mentoring Program on 9 kuukauden oppimismatka:
- Ilmoittautuminen
Ilmoittaudu mentoroitavaksi 30.6.2026 mennessä täyttämällä tämän sivun lomake. Seuraava mentorointiohjelma alkaa syyskuussa. Paikat täytetään ilmoittautumisjärjestyksessä. - Matching
Ohjausryhmän kokeneet HR-ammattilaiset valitsevat jokaiselle osallistujalle sopivan mentorin ilmoittautumislomakkeessa annettujen tietojen perusteella. - 1to1-tapaamiset
Luottamukselliset keskustelut mentorin kanssa muodostavat ohjelman ytimen. Mentorointiin sisältyy vähintään kahdeksan (8) keskustelukertaa. - Koulutukset ja verkostoituminen
Seminaarit tarjoavat koulutusta, joka vahvistaa osallistujan johtamis- ja kansainvälistä osaamista. Samalla osallistujat rakentavat kansainvälistä verkostoa suomalaisten ja saksalaisten mentoreiden ja menteiden kanssa. Seminaarit järjestetään Helsingissä, ja niihin on mahdollista osallistua myös etänä. Seminaarikieli on englanti.
Osallistumismaksu
- Hinta 3 800 € (+alv. 25,5 %) / osallistuja.
- Alennettu hinta Saksalais-Suomalaisen Kauppakamarin jäsenyrityksille: 3 400 € (+alv. 25,5 %) / osallistuja.
Hinta sisältää kaikki mentorointitapaamiset, seminaarit, koulutukset ja ohjelman tuen. Osallistumismaksu laskutetaan ohjelman alkaessa.

Mentoreitamme
Cross Mentoring -ohjelman mentorit ovat kokeneita kansainvälisen liiketoiminnan ja johtamisen asiantuntijoita Suomesta ja Saksasta. Mentorointitapaamiset voivat olla videopalavereja tai kasvokkain tapaamisia, riippuen tilanteesta. Alla on esitelty vuoden 2026/27 mentoreitamme.
