Webinar: Next steps for German–Finnish defence industry cooperation

The purpose of this session is to provide an update on activities, and discuss the next steps in strengthening Finnish–German cooperation within the defence industry.

Following the successful Defence Dialogue event earlier this year in Oulu, we are pleased to invite you to a follow up webinar in August.

During the webinar, we will cover the following topics:
 

1. Industry Update. A brief overview of recent developments in the Finnish and German defence sectors, including key updates and relevant news since our last meeting.
 

2. Upcoming Activities. Presentation of the next planned events, including the next German Finnish Defence Dialogue event on 3 February 2027.
 

3. Plans for Establishing a Dedicated Industry Group. We will introduce our initial ideas for forming a structured, membership based group to support continuous exchange, joint activities, and deeper cooperation between companies in both countries. As the concept is still under development, your input is especially valuable.

Maiden vahvuudet täydentävät toisiaan: Suomella on erinomaiset edellytykset uusiutuvan ja vähäpäästöisen vedyn tuotantoon, kun taas Saksa on Euroopan suurimpana teollisuusmaana yksi tulevaisuuden tärkeimmistä vetymarkkinoista. German-Finnish Hydrogen Dialogue kokoaa 5. lokakuuta 2026 Müncheniin päättäjiä, yrityksiä, tutkimusorganisaatioita ja klustereita molemmista maista. Tapahtuman tavoitteena on viedä Suomen ja Saksan välinen poliittinen vety-yhteistyö seuraavalle tasolle – kohti konkreettisia yritysyhteistyön avauksia, hankkeita ja investointeja.
